Important information: As an added safety measure to support any cat tree as well as to prevent it accidentally tipping, we recommend using a wall bracket to secure the cat tree. Please check the product regularly for any damage, loose joints or screws and replace the item when it becomes defective to avoid any harm coming to your pet. Tips for fixing to the wall: Check that the condition of the wall in the desired place is suitable before affixing brackets to the wall. Materials for mounting brackets are not included. We recommend that you purchase screws and wall plugs that are specifically designed to suit your wall from a specialised shop. Use special wall plugs and screws for concrete, hollow walls or plasterboard. Check the stability of the cat tree before allowing your cat to use it. Check the stability regularly and tighten the screws when needed. Please note: This product is intended for indoor use only.

Good to know

  • Choose a post taller than your cat’s full stretch on its hind legs, so it can scratch with its body fully extended.
  • Push the post or tree firmly before your cat uses it: if it wobbles, anchor it to the wall with the fixing kit.
  • Place a scratching post next to where your cat sleeps or in front of furniture it already scratches.

Common questions

How do I stop a tall cat tree from tipping over?

Use the wall fixing kit that most tall trees come with, and place the tree on a level floor against a wall. Floor-to-ceiling models need correct tension against the ceiling. Check bolts every few weeks, as they loosen with use.

How do I stop my cat scratching the sofa?

Put a tall, stable scratching post directly in front of the area your cat scratches, and cover the sofa spot temporarily with a throw or double-sided tape. Reward your cat for using the post. Once the habit has moved, you can shift the post gradually to a better position.
