Please note: This product might take a little longer to arrive as it may be shipped from outside the UK. This revolutionary cat litter combines comfort and efficiency while also being environmentally friendly. It is made from plant fibres that ensure that clumps form quickly. At the same time, enzymes will neutralise any nasty smells. Urine will quickly be absorbed into the surface of the litter so that the tray and the rest of the litter remain clean. Almo Nature Cat Litter is completely natural, non-toxic and biodegradable, meaning that the litter can be thrown away in the compost. A particularly practical aspect is that it dissolves quickly in water so can also be flushed down the toilet. Almo Nature Cat Litter is free from dust, silica, clay and synthetic chemicals. This cat litter offers you an efficient and economical way to keep your cat’s tray hygienic and clean. Start by filling the tray with a 2cm layer of litter then you will only need to use around 500g per week because only the clumps need to be removed instead of all of the litter. This litter is easy on sensitive paws because it is particularly soft. Common questions
Which cat litter is best for odour?
Clumping clay and silica litters usually control smells best, because urine is locked away and can be removed daily. Wood and plant-based clumping litters also do well. Whatever the type, daily scooping and enough trays make more difference than added fragrance.
Can you flush cat litter down the toilet?
It is not recommended, even for litters sold as flushable. UK water companies warn that litter can block sewers and that parasites from cat faeces are not removed by water treatment. Bag it for the general waste or compost suitable plant-based litter away from food crops.
