The Innova Dog Comfort® (IDC) products from JULIUS-K9® stand for quality, safety and modern design. The power harness is characterised in particular by its perfect ergonomic fit: it rests on the ribcage and distributes the load both gently and evenly across the sternum. The inner lining of the robust harness is made from a breathable and skin-friendly material that is also OEKO-TEX®-certified. The product offers an ideal fit thanks to the infinitely adjustable chest and waist straps. The unbreakable fixation buckle has been crash-tested and is particularly stable. The product is equipped with either a metal ring or a plastic ring, which does not affect the quality of the product. Good to know
- Never use a head collar with an extendable lead or long line. A sudden stop can jerk the head.
- Lock an extendable lead short near roads and keep your fingers away from the cord.
- Size harnesses by chest measurement, not weight, and check for rubbing under the front legs.
Common questions
How tight should a dog collar be?
You should be able to slide two fingers flat between the collar and your dog’s neck. It should not slip over the head when you pull gently forward. Check the fit regularly, especially for growing puppies.
Does my dog legally have to wear a collar?
Yes. The Control of Dogs Order 1992 requires dogs in public places to wear a collar showing the owner’s name and address, on the collar itself or on a tag. Working and assistance dogs have some exemptions. Your dog can also wear a harness, but it needs the collar and tag as well.
